And considering the astro activity in June, mostly Jupiter the planet of bigger is better and expansion and growth is going out of phase June 15 through mid–October in Aquarius is going to play havoc with the fire and air signs – especially Gemini’s and Leos. Jupiter’s retrograde activity interferes with Gemini’s 5th house of romance, self–fulfillment and creativity whilst it directly impacts Leos’ opposite sign and 7th house of love and relationships.

The recession has made people less eager to be seen out and about partying and spending money when other people are losing their houses, their jobs and living in their car…

It has really put a dampener on the excessive living styles of people. One celebrity that continues to make headlines is Cancer Lindsay Lohan who recently split with her Leo lover Samantha Ronson, with rumours of restraining orders etc being issued. Jupiter going out of phase isn’t good – along with Neptune and Pluto retrograde all June long it is going to slow things down considerably. 3 power players spinning backwards out of control in the Universe can only mean one thing. A slow down and a stoppage for many of us – all of us really as Jupiter and Neptune goes out of phase in Aquarius, affecting the air signs, while Pluto goes out of phase in Capricorn affecting the earth signs.

The Moons are interesting and very different. A Full Moon in Sagittarius stirs the fire and air signs, while a New Moon in emotional, sensitive Cancer turns the spotlight on the earth and water signs, so everyone gets some love! Mars, the planet of energy and passion spends the month in Taurus, as does Venus for most of the month, a sign she’s happiest in. Love and romance will be very prominent in June.
