Wow – 2010 really ended on a string of break ups didn’t it? Look at the carnage in the last few weeks of December…some real surprise splits here…

2 of the above couples had been married for some time – Dylan Walsh & Liz Hurley, while newlyweds Michael and Jenn and Ryan and Scarjo weren’t married for long and their split came as a complete surprise. I guess they didn’t want to buy each other Xmas gifts or spend the holidays together?? It’s also out there in gossip land that Michael C Hall and co–star love interest Aries Julia Stiles got abit too friendly while filming…which could make sense as the split is announced right after the season ended.
Mercury was retrograde in Sagittarius from December 15–30 and these splits came around the same time. Remember Venus the planet of love and relationships was out of phase earlier in 2010 – October 8 – November 19. This really caused a lot of trouble and other relationships fell by the wayside during this time. The seed of doubt was planted whilst Venus was out of phase and when Mercury went out of phase December 9 in Capricorn, it was the bitter end.
As we hit 2011, the year of 3 – which implies lots of activity and a new more optimistic look at life and love, things will settle down. Jupiter the planet of opportunity moves into Aries January 23–June 5 and this stirs everyone up. Action is required and taken for the first few months of 2011. Aries celebs will be very much in the news. Reese Witherspoon – preggers and or married, Russell Crowe news, Lady GaGa drama, quickie wedding for Krsiten Stewart and Taurus Rob Pattinson mid year…and more Aries drama for sure. Alec Baldwin will no doubt surprise us yet again! Mariah Carey is preggers with twins. She had trouble getting pregnant and had to turn to IVF. Surprising for such a big strong gal!
January is set to be a very exciting month with Jupiter spending the first 3 weeks in sensitive dreamy Pisces and the last 8 days in fiery insensitive Aries. So it goes without saying that the start of 2011 is going to be a very cosmically topsy–turvy time indeed.
What the hell is Virgo Shane Warne up to now? His long suffering wife Simone is packing her bags to head to yet another home in Brighton while Shane woops it up with Gemini Liz Hurley who left her Indian gorgeous hubby Arun to be with our very own rascal Shane Warne. Interestingly enough, Liz’s ex and still very close friend Hugh Grant is also a Virgo. Both ruled by communicator Mercury, this match can work. But more than likely it’s a rebound lust fest for both. Liz is way too classy for Shane and the long distance thing will definitely make things difficult.
Capricorns have been in the news a lot of late – Tiger and Mel especially. Tiger’s ex Capricorn Elin Nordgren is seeing someone new and eager to move on with her life. Good for her. Tiger sure messed up his kitty litter box with all of his shenanigans. And he didn’t wear condoms. Risked his life, his wife’s life and other people’s lives. Very irresponsible.
Mel is looking very old and haggard these days. He gave up his marriage for fellow Capricorn Oksana and their baby Lucia but messed that up with his anger and alcohol issues. Interesting that both couples were made up entirely of Capricorns.
2 other Capricorns – Jude Law and Sienna Miller are back together and keeping a very low profile in 2011. While it can work with 2 goats, there are always control issues and power struggles.
Kate Middleton and Cancer Prince William are an ideal match. Earth and water makes mud and mud sticks together. It’s a much better way of doing things versus Cancer mum Princess Diana and dad Prince Charles, a Scorpio. They hardly knew each other, where as Wills and Kate are very well versed in each other’s ways and should do much better than Charles and Diana. Interestingly, Camilla Parker Bowles is also a Cancer, while Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey were Cancer and Scorpio and they didn’t make it…so it’s hit and miss for these two water signs.
Speaking of Nick Lachey, he and same day birthday fiancé are finally getting married after being together for over 4 years. Cancer Jessica paid him a whopping $10 million in their divorce settlement! Hopefully she gets a pre–nup drawn up this time around when she marries Virgo Eric Johnson. If she marries him. He doesn’t seem exciting enough for Jessica…
Pisces pipsqueak Justin Beiber is dating Disney princess Selena Gomez. Selena is a June 22 baby so she’s a Cancer/Leo cusper. Good match for Pisces Justin and it’s nice to think he has someone to hang out with (who’s a girl!) other than Libra Usher…who is his mentor…we get that…but seeing them together hugging each other and all over each other is a bit much at times.
Other new couple alert is the gorgeous Virgo Blake Lively and Scorpio Ryan Gosling. He previously dated fellow Scorpio and Notebook co–star Rachel McAdam while she dated Scorpio Penn Badgley. Guess Blake likes her Scorpio men!
Aquarius Jennifer Aniston has been very quiet of late. No doubt commiserating with her bff Gemini Courteney Cox who is going through a weird separation from hubby of nearly 10 years Virgo David Arquette. David has been on Capricorn Howard Stern’s radio show drunk and carrying on about the divorce and who he’s been sleeping with and all sorts of rubbish and it’s really horrible for Courteney – who has always kept her private life private.
Meanwhile Gemini Angelina Jolie is a major movie star – a screen goddess…and the fact that Pisces ratbag Chelsea Handler (who’s dating Cancer 50c apparently…) goes on stage calling her a ‘whore’ etc doesn’t phase Angelina at all. She glides through life like some sort of Avatar!
