Product Guarantee

If you purchase any product from the Guild and are not completely happy with it you may return it within 7 days and receive a full refund. Read below on the refund policy procedure.

Guarantee for Call to Psychic Consultants

We guarantee that if you are not happy with a call to our psychic operators or for some reason, you got cut off, or the call was not accurate, or the operators did not take your individual situation into account, we will refund your money. That’s right; if you are not happy, we are not either and your money will be refunded back to you. And that’s our promise. We want you to love using our services and love us for the help we give you. Refund offer is strictly only available once per customer and Universal Psychic Guild reserves the right to restrict your future access to our services.

   The Universal Psychic Guild Customer Refund Procedure Policy

If you were not happy with your reading for any reason and you would like to apply for a refund, all you have to do is :
For Email Readings Refund:
Credit Card – You will need to send a short written explanation of what went wrong with your reading.  Please also provide your receipt number, or if you have lost your receipt number, please supply your email address.  When it is determined that you will be refunded, your credit card will be credited the amount owing to you. The refund may take a couple of days to process and to show up on your statement.
PayPal – You will need to send a short written explanation of what went wrong with your reading.  Please also provide your receipt number, or if you have lost your receipt number, please supply your email address.  When it is determined that you will be refunded, you will be credited via PayPal.

Some email programs and service providors have filters in place which prevent our emails being delivered to you correctly. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your email reading and we will happily resend it to you. You are also able to login and check the status of your reading online.

For Phone Readings Refund:
Paid by phone account – You will need to send us a copy of your paid telephone account, short written explanation of what went wrong and why you would like a refund so we can make sure the same problem doesn’t happen again, and a contact telephone number.
Credit Card – You will need to send a short written explanation of what went wrong with your call, as well as the date and approximate time of your call.  We also require the first 6 and last 3 digits of your credit card so we can look up what transactions were placed on your card.  Please provide us with your contact telephone number.  When it is determined that you will be refunded, as we do not store your full credit card number for security reasons, you will also need to then supply your full credit card number so that the refund can be processed.

For Online Private Webcam Chats Refund:

Please note that time purchased for Private Webcam Chatsis only valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. During this time you will be able to login and use this time whenever your chosen psychic is online.

Refunds for unused chat time will only be issued upon request.
