Psychics are not only helping locate missing people today. They are also trying to help find animals. In this case, a psychic is specifically trying to locate the missing Vader, a two-year old Hungarian Shepherd, of the Montgomery County Canine unit that has been missing for three days already.
A psychic has come forward to offer her help. At first, the unit was hesitant and skeptical; however, they are taking every chance they have to see Vader again who had chased a rabbit last Saturday.
The unit has already exhausted all its efforts in finding the dog, including putting up a search team with five canine handlers, two dogs, seven police officers, and a state police helicopter that is equipped with an infrared heat-seeking device.
With all their efforts failing, they are finally willing to take the help of the psychic.
According to Officer Lee Marsh,
“She said, ‘Please don’t laugh, and you’ll probably think this is weird, but I really want to help find your dog,’. We picked her up at 3:30 p.m. and found the dog underneath the dead tree near the baseball field at 6:45 p.m.”.
In finding Vader, the psychic only asked for some things that the dog was familiar with. And so the police gave her a tennis ball and his tracking harness. For 10 minutes, the psychic sat in the patrol car where Vader usually sat in.
It is quite interesting to note that Vader can only understand Hungarian. That is why Officer Marsh is considering training the dog in English so obedience will be easier. Also, the dog cost $2500.
Now, even the police will change their views on psychics. May this story also inspire the rest of the people to recognize the abilities of psychics.
