The global psychic community undergoes an unusual turn as psychics embrace the espionage hoo-ha, James Bond-style.
Psychics and hundreds of their followers still remember the time when Stanford Research Institute (SRI) has taken over the management of Allen Telescope Array. The main purpose of the telescope is to help scientists locate and study extraterrestrials. The psychic community believes that studying extraterrestrial (ET) life can give the world a clear understanding about the immaterial realm.
SRI is popular due to its interest in the practice of “psychic spying” that was coined better as a formal term called remote viewing. This has caught the attention of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and resulted in a project funded by the US Government.
The existence of remove viewing has given way to the appearance of psychic spies who are adept in tapping at the immaterial and paranormal realms. The scientific community shuns this development, as expected by people in nations embracing modern ideology.
One popular statement belongs to Joe McMoneagle, a US Army Intelligence Officer. According to Mr. McMoneagle, he was asked to give his insights about known paranormal topics. The detailed and objective inquiry made him think that the US Army should put more efforts in understanding the paranormal and psychic realm. Mr. McMoneagle also accepted psychic testing from SRI with interest.
While a large percentage of the psychic spies are focused on understanding the nature of terrestrials, others resorted into cooperating with privateers. This movement, as orchestrated by the psychic community, has improved the popularity of professional tarot reading and objective dream interpretation techniques.
As the Remote Viewing Project lost its popularity and government funding, psychics have focused their scrying techniques instead on crime observation, pattern recognition, and detective work.
