It may be nice to have the last work and feel that you are right but at what cost does this self righteousness come at?

Often people will say that they are always the one to hold the olive branch and smooth things over, and if this is you, then maybe you are the one who is better at communicating and you are the one who knows how to break the silence and bring things back into an open playing ground so you can discuss the issue, work on it and move forward.

It really doesn’t matter who is right or wrong, or who reaches out first, what’s important is that someone does, and as far as for who is right or wrong, remember, you are not going to agree with someone else 100% time, so be prepared to agree to disagree occasionally.
