Only when you think he or she is. It is all about self worth, and if you consistently look at other people and think you could never go out with them because they are better than you, then you need to increase your level of self worth. Here are a few ways you can start the process to feel better about YOU!

1. Focus on the positive, not the negative. Everyone has something they don’t like about themselves, but you need to shift your attention to the things you do like.

2. Be aware of your self–talk. What do you tell yourself on a regular basis, change the words you say to yourself, so thought becomes reality.

3. Pin point the thing that you feel holds you back from living the life of your dreams and do something about it. Make a plan!

4. Look at the qualities you admire in other people and work on developing more of those qualities.

5. Finally, accept you for who you are right now and right here, learn to like yourself first, then love who you are, and you will be good enough for anyone on your radar screen.
