When someone asks you to keep a secret, before you say yes, you may want to reconsider, as the burden of keeping a secret can be too great for one person to withhold.

When you keep a secret from those you love, it can weigh on your heart so heavily that eventually you can become sick with worry and tension. When the burden of a secret starts to take over your life and reflect on your health, it is time to come clean, however, this may not be something you want to blurt out.
