Everyone goes through drama now and again. In many ways, life is cyclic, and it can feel like you just get one area of your life straightened out and something else goes wrong. Being there for your partner is to recognize that there will be times when the energy is focused on them and other times when it is directed at you.

Relationships are very much about support and challenge. Sometimes you are there as the supportive partner and at other times you are there to challenge your partner and encourage them to move outside of their comfort zone and stretch to be the best they can be.
