My dream was so real it really disturbed me. I was at a viewing and the deceased was a young man in his twenties. I looked around and saw nothing but strangers. When I awakened (Sunday morning) I felt like I had really been there and relayed the dream to my husband.
Monday was a holiday, Tuesday I went to the beauty parlor and told Debbie my hairdresser about the dream. I then went to visit my daughter and told her. On the way back as I passed Sonic fast food restaurant and I was literally pulled in against my will, I asked for a pineapple shake. I then proceeded to go home.
Wednesday my husband was reading the newspaper in the sun room and read an article about a young person who had swerved to avoid a dog and was killed.
Thursday nothing.
Friday I got a call from the beauty parlor assistant requesting that I be at the towns funeral parlor that night at 6:00 PM, she told me Debbie needed me there for moral support. I arrived there ten minutes early and did not know anyone there. The deceased was the same young man I had seen in my dream, he was twenty two.
Debbie came just after PM and introduced me to her sister. I suspected a money shortage and gave the sister a sizable check to help with the funeral expenses.
The next morning (Saturday) I received a call from Debbie thanking me for the donation. She told me her nephew was killed on the way home from work early Tuesday evening. He worked for Sonic and made the drinks for the orders in the back of the restaurant. He had probably made my pineapple shake on the Tuesday he died. |
