Could you please tell me which house discusses PLs and things of that nature?

I'm not sure that any of them do, specifically. But that's Western astrology. There may be more focus or comment on this in Hindu astrology.

There is though one possible clue that comes to mind, from the Western viewpoint. This is the "Secondary Horoscope" as rediscovered by Carl Payne Tobey. From memory, it goes like this.

1) Calculate the Part of Fortune. This is the number of degrees by which you move the Moon. This is your new Moon position.

2) Rotate all the other planets the same number of degrees as you did for the Moon. Same for Ascendant, and so on. You now have your Secondary Horoscope, if memory serves. It relates to the Arabic parts. For Instance, Part of Marriage is your Secondary Horoscope's Venus position, Part of War for Mars, and so on. It's just that you don't have to calculate them all separately. Got one, got 'em all.

Tobey was not sure what the significance of this secondary horoscope was. Perhaps to do with past life.
