Can anyone tell me a little about Chiron and how it effects compatibility?

Any light on Chiron conjunct Chiron and Chiron conjuct Venus?

Any thoughts?

I don't know much about Chiron yet but my initial feeling would be something like Chiron conjunct Chiron would be that the two natives can heal old wounds just by being together... Chiron conj. Venus, maybe a relationship with challenges that are designed to help the native with the Venus to grow spiritually?

Don't take my word for it, I'm just throwing something out here...I would like to learn as well

My impression is that Chiron has something to do with injury and healing. In other words, where is the hurt that a person is trying to deal with, in order to heal. There are a few websites that discuss Chiron, some of it interesting reading.
