I am a cancer, my hubby is a Libra. We 180 degrees opposite, but he fill all I have none and vice versa, we works together beautifully.

Being a hot tempered person, I personally can benefit lots from Libra gentle personality. He can be boring but I can be over powering to him too, but that makes our life so full of events LOL Our house is quiet house, yet full of laugh and love. I personally believe that all this because Libra is a true peace maker.

I'm the opposite of Abigail.

I'm Libra and hubby is Cancer.

We get along well for the most part and have been together for a long time. He "grounds" me and is the sensible one regarding practicalities. I'm better with analysing people, sensing feelings.

He's more of a family person than I am. When we go out, he always wants the kids to tag along while I want some "romantic" time!

The easiest people for me to get along with are Aquarius. The most difficult have been Virgo.

As I'm a Libran myself I would agree with getting along well with Aquarians, and most defenately agree with you on Virgo's.

I find I also get on well with Sagitarian's.

I'd think that the Libra-Cancer combination works best when the man is Libra.

My husband is a genuine family man. Wonderful with the kids. But sometimes, he puts them before me So I think with your son being Libra, this would work out better. He'd get his freedom and she would be quite happy being an "earth mother" lol!

emmmmmm this is very interesting DM, I think that I am still better analysisng people and sensing feelings than him, he is a total ignorance when it's come to people, a real introvert, while I am the extrovert one

Having said that, in any other part of our life, apart from people, my husband is very analytical.

Both of us do show the family orientation, we both rather tag our children along everywhere we go, but I personally think that he is more so. Being an introverted, he does not like parties, and thus, when we are in any parties, he would be where our kids are and I will enjoy the party to the fullest

There's really so much more to consider other than the person's Sun sign. Moon signs, Mars signs, Acendants, Plantes in houses, transits...WOW!

I recently started studying astrology, seriously, only a few months ago and each time I think I have a grasp on something, one more thing pops up to consider!.

My husband is Cancer, like I mentioned, which typically isn't a sign for Libras to get along with perfectly well, generally speaking. But there are other aspects in his chart that match mine and serve to compensate.

So, your Sun sign it basically just the tip of the iceberg.



And, gender has a lot to do with it as well. Maybe you and I are better at sensing feelings simply because we are women? (disclaimer: that's not to say that men are not sensitive!)

I really would love to start learning this horoscope (Astrology), it is very interesting and poke my curiosity, as I said earlier that I have not got the time as we are in the middle of moving overseas .

The horoscope is a short free reading that I got online does not sounded very complimenatary on our relationship (possibly because as you said that Cancer and Libra is not naturally for each other).

I really want to know the detail as so far many are not quite what we experience (as a couple), while the personal astrology is I can say 80 - 90% correct. So I believe what you said that there are more to it, more things need to be considered.

Anyway, one day I hope I can start my serious questions when I finally have time to start learning it. I'd bet I will have plenty of time once we settled, as I am not going to be able to work etc.
