I think I have mentioned this before, but I feel negative energy as pain in my third eye - usually it is momentary (like if I do something that another person doesn't instinctively like) and sometimes more extended (i.e. when someone is mad at me.)

I can *usually* figure out what/who it is, by examining when it starts, the circumstances, etc.

Here is the thing, though: I current have a TERRIBLE headache - it is not only at my third eye but extended around it as well...

I think I know why it is and why the person feels the way they do,

but there is nothing I can do about it, so I spent a few minutes shielding to get some relief.

However, I have to get some work done which requires focusing on something other than shielding... so my headache is back...

any suggestions??

Well, the third eye works with visualization, so something which might help you "strengthen" your third eye would be to do visualization exercises. It could help you strengthen these shields of yours, because if they're up properly then nothing can hurt you. Maybe sitting down and meditating using visualization can help - or maybe you're connected to this person through the third eye. Or is it just people in general? Your third eye seems sensitive, so it makes me think you should work on visualizing, and increasing your confidence and knowing of it.

And this may be a lame piece of advice but also try drinking more water. Water can really help clear out your body's system, and it helps your blood move around. I mean, it can't hurt, right? But try the visualizing thing and see if that makes a difference. If your third eye is sensitive then you need tougher barriers to keep it safe. . . . . .

Thanks Dot! It is true, or at least I think I am connected to most people close to me through my third eye - not that I necessarily realise it - but when it is a really strong pain it is almost always a lover/best friend/etc.

And I am in healthcare, so I am the queen of water... but you're right, H2O is amazing!!! Except - when you're taking a drug test - I actually had to retake one because I'd had too much water!!!!
