I have been doing better but for a couple of weeks now I have been having anxiety. I have been having dreams that involve myself and my ex and conversation. My dreams are usually dead on. I recieved a friend request from him on facebook last week. It was a little unnerving. I did a tarot reading that indicated I would recieve a longed for message. I am not sure can anyone give me any insight as to whether my anxiety is unfounded ?

Well, you know, whenwillibeokay... dreams can be prophetic. In my experience dreams that are predictions have a different quality to the other various types of dreams. They seem to be more vivid, with a clarity that suggest 'normal' (LOL) life.

On the other hand we sometimes dream what we wish to manifest in our 'real' life.

I guess only you really know the answer.

The anxiety, is it that heavy churning in the stomach, the feeling that drains you and demands that you sleep or meditate? Or is it the excited feeling -- the proverbial hyperactive butterflies in the stomach?

I would say the anxiety i feel is a little of both, but I will see what happens if anything does happen
