How do I speak to a Psychic?
You can place the call on your credit card by calling the 1800 or 0800 phone number for your country. You will be asked to enter your full credit card number. Please note that your credit card will be charged in 15 minute blocks, and any unused time is immediately automatically refunded by the system to your credit card as a separate transaction.
If you live in Australia, New Zealand or UK, you also have the option to place the call on your phone account by calling the 190 or 090 phone number for your country.
I am unhappy with my call, what do I do?
Paid by phone account – You will need to send us a copy of your paid telephone account, short written explanation of what went wrong and why you would like a refund so we can make sure the same problem doesn’t happen again, and a contact telephone number.
Credit Card – You will need to send a short written explanation of what
went wrong with your call, as well as the date and approximate time of your
call. We also require the first 6 and last 3 digits of your credit card
so we can look up what transactions were placed on your card. Please
provide us with your contact telephone number. When it is determined
that you will be refunded, as we do not store your full credit card number
for security reasons, you will also need to then supply your full credit card
number so that the refund can be processed.
My Credit Card was incorrectly charged, what do I do?
Please note that your credit card is charged in 15 minute blocks, and any unused time is immediately automatically refunded by the system to your credit card as a separate transaction.
For example, if the call was AUD$5.45/min and you spoke for 10 minutes, your statement will look something like this:
-$81.75 = 5.45 x 15 minutes
+$27.25CR = 5.45 x 5 minutes unused time refund.
I entered my credit card, but didn’t speak to a Psychic. Will I be charged?
No, if you are not connected to a psychic you will not be charged. Any unused time is automatically refunded. Please check your credit card statement, and if you feel any errors have occurred, please contact customer service.
Why can’t I connect to my preferred psychic reader?
Your reader is usually not online, or is already on another call. You have the option to connect to the next available psychic instead.
E-mail Readings & Online Purchases
I am unhappy with my email reading, what do I do?

I ordered an email psychic reading, but I have
not received it yet
Our psychics reply to your readings as soon as they can, but it does vary
from reader to reader. Sometimes delays can occur, but generally you
will receive your reading the next day or within 48 business hours.
If it has still not arrived, please contact us with your receipt number.
My receipt number was not emailed to me, did my
order go through?
If you are displayed an onscreen receipt number, but not emailed one, there
may be a problem with your e-mail address. Please put noreply@psychicguild.com
in your address book to prevent any misdelivered emails. You can also
contact customer service with
an alternate email address or to make an enquiry.
If you were not displayed an onscreen receipt number, there was probably an
error with your order. Contact
us, and we can check if your order went through. Make sure you fill in
all the required fields and check for any error messages which come up which
will help guide you through the order process. Or if you are a member, you
can login and check your purchase
transaction history online. .
Can I pay by PayPal eCheque?
Yes, we accept PayPal eCheques, however the order will not be processed until
payment has cleared. The length of time for the eCheque to clear will vary
depending on your banking institution.
How do I choose a reader?
You can search through the profiles of our readers HERE.
You might see a friendly face, or perhaps you will listen to their voice greeting
orwatch the video message and find you have a closer connection with one specific
reader. On their profile page, it will show if they are currently logged in
to the phone line and ready to take your call, and you can call for a phone
reading and enter their 3 digit operator code when prompted. Or if you don’t
have a preference, you can CALL and choose
to speak to the next available reader.
Some readers are also available for email
psychic readings and dream interpretations. When you place your order, you
can elect your preferred reader. Or you can allow us to select one for you.
We will choose a reader who is experienced with the type of questions you have
asked.
Sometimes your preferred reader may decline to perform your reading as they
cannot feel a connection with you and are unable to provide you with an insightful
reading at this time or they might be temporarily unavailable for various reasons
such as illness. In most cases, we will contact you and ask if you have other
preferred readers, or we will personally select another reader whom we feel
will be able to give you the insight you are seeking. Many of our readers have
been with us for 10 years or more, so we are very experienced in selecting readers
for your situation.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can
ask in my email reading?
There is no limit to the number of questions you can ask, but please note that
the reader may not be able to reply to them all in one reading. The reader will
reply to the questions which they are drawn to answer. You may need to purchase
multiple email readings if you have many questions, or if you require the reader
to go into even further depth on anything they have told you.
Can I check on the status of my email reading?
Yes, if you are a registered member, it’s free to join, you can login

How do phone readings and e-mail psychic readings
work?
It varies from reader to reader. Some readers use solely their psychic and clairvoyant
skills, whilst others are mediums or have spirit guides and angels who pass
on messages. Some readers can also read your stars and gain insight about you
through the ancient techniques of astrology. Tarot cards, angel cards, crystals
and numerology are also tools which can be used to assist in a reading to discover
the answers to your questions. In many cases, a combination of these techniques
is used to provide you with a complete experience.
