No you do not need to have a webcam or microphone to use this service. You can still use this service if you do not have either of these items, or if you do not want your reader to see or hear you.

But if you would like to talk back to the psychic to get the most out of your reading, then you will need to have a microphone plugged in and set up on your computer.

Otherwise you have the option of typing your questions to your reader and your reader is also able to type back to you.

If your time has not expired you will be able to login and resume your session with the psychic you have booked.

In some circumstances when your computer or web browser crashes you will not be logged out of the chat room. Occasionally this will mean that you cannot log back into the chat room because the software thinks that you are still in the room. If this happens please wait 5 to 10 minutes before trying again to give your psychic time to realise what has happened and clear the room so you can log in. If after this time you still cannot login please contact Customer Service.

If there is a psychic online, you can book and chat to them straight away.

1. To see if there is a psychic online- click here.
2. If there is no psychic online, you will need to either wait until one becomes available or make an advanced booking (see below)
3. If a psychic is online, but currently in a chat with someone else, their name will be displayed and you will have to wait until they become available or make and advanced booking (see below)
4. If a psychic is available, click on their name to proceed to the booking page-
5. Select the option of whether you are already a member (you are already a member if you already have bought and scheduled a private chat before) or not yet a member.
6. Select which method you would like to pay by: Paypal or Credit Card..
7. Click on the “book chat” button to proceed to the registration page where you will need to enter your name in the boxes provided. If on the previous page, you selected "I am a member", please enter your username and password. If you have selected "I am not yet a member", please enter your details to register a username. For more details on registering, see below.
8. Once payment is processed, proceed to the private chat login page, enter your login username and password.
9. When you are in the chat room, please wait for the psychic to join you and time will commence when the psychic enters the room.

If there is no psychic online or if they are unavailable, you can make an advanced booking-

1. Go to the private chat schedule page. The schedule shows which psychics are available each day.
2. To see what times a psychic is available for private chat, click the “roster” link of the psychic. You can also read their profile if you click on the "profile" link.
3. On the Psychic’s Roster page, you will see details of the Day and Time which they are available for private chat bookings. You can also see the times which the psychic has already been booked by another customer.
4. To book a chat, select the day, month and start time you want to have a reading. All times are in US Eastern Time. Click here to convert to your local time. Be sure that it is within the available day and time of the operator. Also select the chat duration.
5. Select the option of whether you are already a member (you are already a member if you already have bought and scheduled a private chat before) or not yet a member.
6. Select which method you would like to pay by: Paypal or Credit Card..
7. Click on the “book chat” button to proceed to the registration page where you will need to enter your name in the boxes provided. If on the previous page, you selected "I am a member", please enter your username and password. If you have selected "I am not yet a member", please enter your details to register a username. 8. Confirm the date, time, duration and name of the psychic and press 'Submit Order' to continue to the payment page.

10. If your payment is approved, you will be sent a receipt containing the details of your transaction and upcoming chat session.

1. You cannot book a chat before the current time.
2. You need to book at least 48 hours in advance.
3. You can only book a chat with operators during their scheduled available times.
4. You cannot book a chat during times that the Psychic has a scheduled public chat.
5. There is a 15-minute grace period between each chat session.

Yes, you can book more than 1 hour by putting through another purchase.

The psychic may not be responding because:

1. they have momentarily stepped away from their computer or,
2. they have forgotten to log out of the room.

We advise that you wait for 10 minutes for the psychic to respond before contacting Customer Service. Please specify whether you wish to receive another Webcam Reading with the same or another psychic or to be refunded.

Please log out of the chat room and wait until the psychic becomes available. At which point you will be able to login to the psychic’s room for your reading.

Once you have booked a Webcam session you cannot change psychics unless you make a request with Customer Service. Changes are normally only approved if you have not been able to receive your reading. To make sure that you have the psychic best suited to you we advise that you take time to peruse their profiles before booking.

The psychic will notify you when your session has concluded.You are able to purchase more time to extend your reading.

If you paid by credit card through our SecurePay checkout, you can easily buy more time by clicking the “Buy More Time” button for the amount of time you choose. The credit card which you originally used to purchase this chat will be automatically charged again and you will be emailed a receipt to confirm your purchase.

For security purposes, to make sure that you are the one who will receive the private chat reading, you will require a username and password to enter the Private Chat room. It is free to get a username and password and become a member. To become a member, when you book a chat select "I am not yet a member". On the following page, you will be asked to enter:

• Username (type in the name you want to use during your private chat)
• Password
• Confirm Password (re-type your password)
• Email address

To retrieve your username or password, click the 'Forgot your password' link on the chat room login page. Enter your e-mail address and click "submit" to have your details e-mailed to you.

1. Before your chat is schedule to start, go to the Private Chat Login Page. We recommend that you arrive to your session early.
2. Type your username and password in their necessary fields.
3. Type in your Recipt ID. You can find this number in your emailed receipt. If you do not have your reciept handy you can leave this field blank as it is optional, although strongly recommended
4. Click the “Login” button
5. On the right hand side of the chat window is a list of the chatters who are currently online. As this is a private chat session, a maximum of 2 people will only ever be listed- your name and the psychic's. Please wait until the psychic comes online. The session will begin when the psychic arrives.
