How do you keep the romance alive in your relationships? Many couples think that once you have been together for a while the romance doesnt matter because you have moved onto another level of the relationship.
Its the romance, which can keep a relationship alive. It keeps the spark there and after all, you loved the romantic side of the relationship when you first got together so why would you want to let it go now. And its not just the women who want the romance, men love it too.
Here`s some tips to help re-invent the romance in your relationship.
Love Notes.
Send cards to your lover; post them so they get it in the mail, even if you do live together. Or just put one of those little sticky notes in their diary.
Flowers.
Girls love flowers, always have and always will. Also men can be sent a single flower with a note saying how much you love, respect or just to thank them for something theyve done recently.
Dinner for Two.
No kids, no friends, no neighbours, no family, nobody but the two of you. It doesnt have to be fancy or expensive, stay home, take the phone off the hook, have your favourite dinner, light the candles and enjoy each others company.
Touchy-Feely Stuff.
Hugs kisses, put your arm around each other or just hold hands. Unless you particularly dont like the touchy-feely stuff, this is going to put a smile on most peoples faces and hearts.
Verbal Reassurance.
Tell your partner how much you appreciate them, how much you love them and are proud of them. Dont assume they already know that, words mean a lot to someone.
