Many of your body issues and insecurities dissipate and your realize youre so close to your ideal weight and fitness level, that you find it within you to pass on the fried fatty foods and get to the gym on time for those wretched spinning classes!
Home is where your heart is in November, with Venus spending time in your home and family zone as well as Jupiter the planet of opportunity. November is a great time for you to go all out on your diet as you wont feel the need to be out and about as much and can control what goes in your mouth more than in restaurants. Working out in a class atmosphere works for you in November, and Taureans are great motivators/teachers.
November birthday ladies - Scorpio (October 24 November 22)
With Venus, planet of beauty in your sign through October 19 it all adds up to what could be a sensational time of personal gains and uplifting news. But there will also be times when you are tempted to take risks such as overdoing it working out and straining muscles which could put you out of action for weeks. This is your month to look within, review the past and prepare for next month when the Sun enters your sign. Mars could make it tough to get the rest you need, so try unwinding every night. In November, its all about YOU! Youll move into high gear, dashing from place to place and have heaps of social events to keep you busy. Being a Gemini, you get bored with exercise too, so you do need to mix it up. Even going to different gym locations can get you motivated.
Cancer (June 22 July 22)
You can thank Venus and Mars in Scorpio for the first half of October being so wonderful and opportunistic. A quick trip somewhere warm is just what you need too and if you can combine working out and holidaying (such as going to a health spa or boot camp type thing) that would be ideal. A New Moon in your creative and self-fulfilment zone October 28 ends the month on a high note for you earmark that day for something fun like having a massage, facial or mani/pedi.

Leo (July 23 August 23)
Youll enjoy outdoor activities with friends and family in October, with the weather finally warming up.
