To find what your lifes mission or passion in life is you can either do my rapid relaxation process or a relaxation exercise of your own? Also it is important to have a pen and paper handy. And whilst you are in your relaxed state I want you to ask your inner self, your inner intelligence what it is you really want to do, what is it that is deep within your heart and soul that will allow you to be the greatest you can be.
Dont think about the answers too much at this stage, its more important to stay silent within yourself and write anything down that comes to mind, no matter how crazy and out there it appears to be. What we want to do with this exercise is work with your intuitive right brain, the subconscious part of your mind rather than your more logical left hand conscious side of your mind. So if you start to edit the material you are receiving and the thoughts that are coming through, you are going to be more in your logical side. Leave this process till later. For now we just want to access the depths of your inner intelligence, that inner part of you where your wildest dreams and your highest wisdom lies.

Now continue to ask yourself what it is that you would love to do and continue to write these thoughts down. Think about the things you love to do in your everyday life, maybe you love gardening, or golfing, or reading, what ever it is, just get it down onto paper. This may be just words or sentences or it could even be visions, what ever it is, write it down.
Its important at this stage not to limit your self. So dont even entertain any of that self-talk that you could never do that. Even if you think its pretty wild, dont worry just put it down. Do not get into the logical part of your mind, there will be plenty of time for this further down the track, this first key is not about that.
When you feel you have enough to work with, gently come out of your relaxed state and review what youve written. Also you may need to do this process a few times to attain more clarity. The more focused you can be during this exercise the more clarity you will receive.
Now start to reorganize your notes into a more logical sequence, rewrite them and put them into order. This is often a time of self-honesty. Things can come up that you have thought of or even had the courage to challenge before and you have pushed them away or put them aside in the too hard basket. Also some of your ideals may not easily fit into your current lifestyle and may need some adjustment.
There should be a theme coming through here, if not a clear vision then a hint of what it is that you really want to do, remember it is time to be really honest with yourself. Honest about what it is you want to do, and that doesnt mean what you think you can or cannot do. Dont entertain these types of thoughts because were going to work through them in the other 9 most powerful keys to creating your perfect life, which are to follow. If you do not have a theme or idea about your lifes mission or passion by now then redo the exercise and keep working on it
