On the weekend of the 25th July, hundreds of thousands of people all over the planet made the decision to change the calendar. In over 91 countries there were ceremonies, people taking the future of our planet into their own hands, releasing any expectation of the governments to have the welfare of the planet at best interest. The people made the decision to begin following a calendar that aligns to natural timing.
Now, why did so many people take the initiative to change a calendar, and what importance can a simple calendar have that would inspire such action.
So firstly let's look at what a calendar is. A measure similar to a ruler being a measure of time, so a calendar is a measure of space. Imagine for a moment if we had a ruler where every inch was a different measure, would it be possible to build anything that would not immediately crumple to the ground! Now, let's look at the measure of time we obediently follow. We follow a measure of time where every month unit is a different measure, so how does that affect us? So a calendar being a measure of time, what is time? We cannot touch it, is it real… Well certainly we all have a ‘feeling’ of time passing, and mostly it ignites our mind when we think back to what has been, and we project forward to what will come… so suffice to say, perhaps Time is of the mind. So what happens to our minds when we follow a time that is ‘out of order’… Is it possible to draw the conclusion that perhaps following a calendar that is disharmonic has something to do with the disharmony that is apparent on our planet today.
"The word Calendar comes from the base word, Calends, which means Taxes… Are we simply being stuped into following a calendar that scrambles our brains so that we blindly accept a 40-hour week in which to pay the taxes?"
Well let’s look a little deeper into this proposition… What is the alternative to 12 months of differing measures of time… Let’s look at the Moon cycle, seeing as month seems to allude to the moon. So when we follow the Moon from the same place in the sky to the same place in the sky, the ‘sidereal’ cycle it takes 27.3 days, when we follow it from New Moon to New Moon, the ‘synodic’ cycle it takes 29.5 days, well that is a bit of a dilemma, because our most natural cycle we follow is day and night and we do not follow points of days naturally, it is not we are immediately conscious of. So…. Let us take the mean number of 28 days, a whole number that embraces our most immediate day/night cycle. 28 days is the average female bleeding cycle, it is the lunar feminine aspect of time. Now let's look at how many times the earth actually goes around the Sun in a year, as the Sun is the masculine aspect of time, and we find 13 cycles of the moon around the earth, lets take a moment to do the calculation of 13 x 28 and we find 364 days, which is one day off 365 days of the Earth around the Sun. And so you find the equation of the measure of time that makes sense, 13 Moons of 28 Days and one Day Out of Time completing the cycle of 365 days of the Earth circling the Sun, one year. This is a simple conclusion that has touched the hearts and minds of many thousands of people all over the planet….
Seems simple enough, seems to make sense. So why has it not been changed before, if it is that simple. Well there was an initiative in 1943 where many countries took this solution to the League of Nations (now the United Nations) and it was almost passed, but for the intervention of the Vatican, who pronounced that even though having a Moon of 28 days, which is 4 perfect weeks of 7 days, the one Day Out of Time was not in alignment with God's plan when he created the Earth in 7 days, and the Day Out of Time would lead this planet to War, Terrorism, Corruption and Fear! Well on that note, take a moment…. With the past 60 years in mind… and ponder on the possibility of making a change to the way we view time, can it be more than just a measure? Perhaps it is more than just a way of gauging when we go to work and come home and when the holidays are, and the weekends when we can finally rest… The word Calendar comes from the base word, Calends, which means Taxes… Are we simply being stuped into following a calendar that scrambles our brains so that we blindly accept a 40-hour week in which to pay the taxes?… are we missing out on anything here???
Who are we as Human beings?… are we simply machines addicted to the physical reality of a bigger house, car boat, keeping up with the Joneses?.. I know that that reality leaves my stomach churning…. Perhaps on a higher note, we are evolutionary beings on a spiraling path, reaching closer and closer to… What? God, nirvana, or perhaps there is no end and it is all in the journey of creation creating itself more and more beautifully… this is the perspective of the 13:20 Time is Art initiative… By releasing the 12:60 Time is Money prison of disharmonic consciousness, we are able to see our lives as works of art and realign to the natural truths of Love, Peace, Natural Abundance and Harmony, simply by changing the calendar. Can the solution be that simple?… To bring harmony to our minds and our planet, by changing the calendar.
My name is Vasumi, I have been following the 13 Moon Calendar (based on the Mayan Calendar), for the past 9 years, and my experience has shown me, that it is that simple, change the calendar, change our minds, release the limited and disharmonic conditioning of a calendar we trustingly accepted when we entered school and were taught 30 days hath September (Sept equals 7, and September being the 9th month)… It is time for the people on this planet to make their own decisions, as our governments let us down time and time again. As the Gregorian Calendar and its Time is Money prerogative takes stronger and stronger hold of our leaders, it is time for the people to stand and make informed decisions, join the growing numbers worldwide who are taking heed of this message and having the courage to try something different…
On the weekend of July 25th or the Day Out of Time by the 13 Moon Calendar, as hundreds of thousands gathered worldwide, a group gathered in Ashland, Oregon in the US, led by the likes of Peace Troubadour, James Twyman, Jose Arguelles, Steven Neale Donald Walsh, Barbara Marx Hubbard and other noted leaders of the Worldwide Movement for Peace. As Jose Arguelles was delivering the prophecies of the Mayan Calendar that state the importance of changing the calendar for the sake of re-aligning ourselves to Nature, so at that moment lightning struck and the whole of that cities electrical grid was extinguished, and a triple rainbow appeared in the sky….
Perhaps Nature has its ways of giving us messages…. Perhaps it's time to listen!
