In our wardrobe, we store the colours that we feel comfortable with, these colours reflect our individual personality’s . Subconsciously we reflect what we are feeling each day by the colours we choose to adorn ourselves with.
By becoming aware of how others instinctively perceive what the colours project, you may consciously wear what you wish to project or create within your self.
The following deals with various different colours and the energies that they will project for you.
With red we project an air of vitality and energy, using red will emphasis a spirit of independence and individuality, it may also project aggression and dominance.
Orange will create for us a cheerfulness and conscientious image, it is best used as an accessary item as to much orange projects a placid and timid nature.
With yellow, we seem alive and optimistic, we will project the air of charm and intelligence.
Green produces the image of stability and efficiency, we appear calm ,controlled, and at peace with the world.
With blue we are versatile and tranquil, we create the image of patience and understanding.
Wearing cream projects the image of versatility, we create the image of open mindness to what is happening around us.
Grey produces the image of judgement and aloofness, it also can project a critical air about us.
With gold, we will be seen as open and approachable, it is good to have gold accessories on our clothing, especially dark clothes.
Wearing black, can project us with an aura of mystery, but wearing all black over along period of time , will produce the desire to cut ourselves off from society and communication.
White will project for us purity and openness, ideal to wear in co-ordination with black or other dark colours to create an effective contrast.
These are only a few of the more common colours that are worn, to be come more aware of colours , you may choose colours that draw you, and by wearing them take note of how they make you feel. This way when you need to project an image that you wish to create, you will then know what to wear.
