Before calling your line I was having a terrible time in my life things just seemed to be getting worse on a daily basis.

My relationship had ended and I could not stop thinking about all the negative parts of it. This line of thinking was making matters worse and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I just couldn’t stop myself from going deeper into despair.
