Pros and Cons

  • There aren’t any!
  • Uses manipulative language to hook you in.
  • Very little information about the services provided.
  • He is very shady about who he shares his information with.
  • If you don’t raise their alarms you will probably receive a lot of emails trying to entice you.
  • Emails sent will invoke a sense of fear, concern, opportunities that you might miss out on or curiosity.

Is Psychic Ron Legit?

There is no information whatsoever about who Ron is, and how he can verify himself as a psychic, clairvoyant and astrologer although the clever headlines that offer you ‘shocking revelations about your life and near future’ are designed to make you react.

All we know is that he wants to give you a free reading and send that direct to your inbox, we also know that the site is not secure and that the business that owns the site is based in Gibraltar – a common location for criminal sites, like this one, potentially is.

We might sound like we are being dramatic but we are not.

Although Psychic Ron is with his headlines!

We do not rate this ‘psychic site’ at all and if you would like to know why then please do keep on reading on.

And in the meantime, if you require some help from a genuine and reputable psychic, you can browse amongst the verified psychics on the site below to find the perfect and REAL psychic for you.

5 Steps To A REAL Reading That You CAN Trust

  1. Visit Psychic Source.
  2. Register your details.
  3. Select your favorite available psychic from the choices shown.
  4. PSYCHIC READINGS: AS LOW AS $1.
  5. Click ‘call ’ (the psychic will call you back).

How Psychic Ron’s Site Works From A Consumer Perspective

There’s not a lot that you can do when you land on Psychic Ron’s website; there are a couple of sentences explaining that Ron is apparently a psychic, clairvoyant and astrologer. So, this is what makes him happy to give out free readings.

You may read the headline and wonder what ‘shocking’ information that Ron has in store for you. Or you might just enter your details into the registration fields because you are interested in a free reading.

Maybe your interaction with ‘Ron’ is all a joke at this point, and you are not taking things too seriously, but you still open the email that you receive from Ron.

But if you have got this far, you have just entered your personal details into an insecure website!  And that’s a serious matter.

Now, we didn’t get further than this point with our friend Psychic Ron.  Not because we didn’t want to but because the website seemed to block our IP address.  This could be because we have been digging around and researching a lot of similar sites, some of which are connected.  Or it could be because the site was unsafe and our network blocked it. We are not sure.

The Downturn

However, we know how things go from here, because we’ve seen websites like this over and over again, there are hundreds of them out there, even we don’t understand how they get away with doing what they do.

So we will continue to show you what we think is going to happen so that if it does happen, you will be alert and will recognise that you are potentially being scammed. Keep on reading to find out what to look out for.

If you don’t want the hassle though, we have a variety of psychic sites that we have verified and recommend for their excellent service and genuine psychics.  So if you are just looking for a reading that you can trust we recommend that you check out  Psychic Source.

How Psychic Ron’s Site Really Works.

The Headline

Humans are curious, and they like a bit of drama.  Even those people who say they don’t might click a button when they think that shocking revelations about themselves can be revealed.

Maybe it’s to alleviate the anxiety of unknown factors that might sabotage your life or the desire for extreme fortune that makes us click. These types of headlines, however, are well known for getting people to take note and engage with the websites or content that they are looking at.

There’s a chance that after you read that headline, you might jump right over to the registration process without even stopping to verify that Ron is real and legit.

If that happened to you, that’s the power of psychology.  Ron knows this; it’s why he uses this headline.

A genuine psychic wouldn’t write headlines like that.  They wouldn’t want to cause you anxiety over such a dramatic statement.  Instead, they’d probably say something like ‘detailed and insightful psychic and tarot readings’ or ‘find your path to love and happiness’.  Not ‘ Let me tell you about some extremely shocking revelations about your life and future’. Can you see the difference?

Site Security

psychic RonBy all accounts this website is insecure. This means that if you pay using your credit card, anybody who knows what they are doing can access your information and as you are connected. What’s more, they can even use that as a way to get into your computer.

Security is an important issue.

Clearly, Ron doesn’t care about your security as he demonstrates by not securing his site.  And that my friends is precisely the kind of service you can expect from dear (sarcasm) Ron.

A genuine psychic would secure their site; your trust and safety are vital to them.

The Lack Of Information About Ron

Come on now Ron, do you really think you can get away with only giving us a few sentences about you?

Oh, yes he does.

And he does get away with it too.

Mostly because of his shocking headline and because his visitors hope that he will tell them something that they want to hear, or that he will give them some hope for the future.

It’s not enough, and you are worth more – even if you don’t see that right now.

A genuine psychic, will make sure that you know about them, or they’ll register with a site who verifies them, checks their ID and credentials and who tests their psychic abilities so that you can trust that they are what they say they are.

They will also never use manipulation or create false hope.

Instead, they’ll work with you on your unique circumstances and help you see what you do not see, move on from what you need to move on from and make the right decisions about your future that will steer you into a better life or frame of mind.

Psychic Ron is Happy To Give You A Free Reading

You bet he is!

Call us cynical, but we are sure it does make Psychic Ron happy to give out free readings, just for all the wrong reasons.

Such as:

  • Because he (or the company pretending to be Ron) now has direct and private access to you.
  • Which means that he can say what he wants and nobody will see.
  • Now he’s in; he’s going to use his advanced psychological and emotional manipulation strategies to convince you to purchase something such as a personal reading.
  • But the jokes on you because he doesn’t send out personal psychic or astrology readings.
  • He sends out manipulative sales copy disguised as a reading that won’t give you any information about your personal life, but it will instill fear, anxiety, curiosity or a desire to want more from ‘him.
  • You never know, he might try to sell you fake talismans or good luck charms – we’ve seen that before.
  • He’s going to potentially make a whole load of cash out of you for no work because he uses an automated system and fake readings.

Psychological Tricks

One thing is for sure, Ron and his ‘cronies’ (the people who own and run the site and who pretend to be Ron) are probably master manipulators. They know how to use psychology and emotional manipulation to get people to do what they want them to.  And in this case, it could be to part with your cash in exchange for a phony reading.

Even if they don’t hit the mark the first time, they’ll keep on sending emails with different psychological tricks and triggers until one hits the spot, or catches you at a weak moment.

You can tell if Ron is a phony if you start to receive emails that trigger a response from you. Almost like a compulsion. They may even invoke fear, anxiety or hope by saying things like, you are cursed, adverse events will come if you don’t have a reading, there’s an important day coming up, that you will win the lottery, etc.

A Genuine Psychic will never go there.  If they do send you mail, it’s probably an offer for a discount reading, and it probably won’t be eloquently written either because they are Psychics first not Marketeers.

Underhand Tactics

There are red flags that warn us of the potential underhand tactics that might come from ‘Ron’.  Namely the lack of information, the system (it’s the same of many known scams), the place of registration (scam companies usually register their businesses in Gibraltar, Hong Kong or Sweden) and the lack of security.

We expect that there will be many more underhand tactics to come from Ron.  Make sure you watch out for them if you do decide to take the risk and try out the free reading.

Genuine Psychics, don’t use underhand tactics at all.  And they go out of their way to prove that they are credible or trustworthy.

Why You Shouldn’t Trust Psychic Ron

To clarify, here are just a few reasons why we believe you should avoid ‘Psychic Ron’ and instead find one of the many trustworthy and verified psychics.

  • Ron may not be a real person.
  • Ron is probably not a real psychic.
  • This setup is probably a marketing machine designed to make money not a psychic site.
  • You probably won’t get a real reading that you can trust.
  • You won’t solve your problems.
  • You’ll probably leave Ron with more worries.
  • If you engage and are susceptible to their marketing, you’ll probably end up spending a lot of money, and you’ll definitely gain nothing.

Remember!  Fake readings can be harmful; they can influence your decisions negatively and ruin your life.

Already Caught Up In This Cycle?  Here’s What To Do

If you find yourself in this situation, and you are concerned about what to do if you have received a message that has triggered anxiety, and let that important message slide, we suggest you contact a reputable psychic hotline like Keen.

Contact one of their psychics and explain the situation, ask them to guide you, if you have an important message, they’ll share it with you.

Our Conclusion;  Potential Scam

While we couldn’t verify that Ron is a scam for real, all roads point to it being another of the many scam sites we’ve come across.

Whether it is a genuine site or not, what we were able to verify was that the site was not secure and when it comes to giving out your credit card details doing so on an unsafe site is a definite no, no.

Hello there, Ron did a reading for me that I paid for which I now know was complete B.S., because after talking to a friend who also had a reading done by Ron we found out that he had sent us both exactly the same readings about our karmic debt. We had both had a relative in a past life who had started a house fire, and we both saved this relatives life. Only to allow 40 houses to burn down in the process. So now we were told by the “Unexceptional Ron” that we now carried a HEAVY karmic… Read more »
